1. Q: What are the minimal system requirements for Chessimo?
   A: In order to install the Chessimo it is required:
   Operating Systems: Windows 2000 (Service pack 2 or +), Windows XP or Windows Vista
   Minimum: 336Mhz,
   Recommended: 1.6Ghz or over
   Minimum: 128MB
   Recommended: 256MB or over
   Minimum: 2MB graphics card or over
   Recommended: 8MB or over
   Minimum: 800x600 (resolution)
   Recommended: 1024x768
   Minimum: 12MB of space avaliable on the HD.
   Recommended: 30MB or over
2. Q: Is Chessimo 2007 compatible with Windows Vista?
   A: Yes. This version is compatible with all operational systems from Windows 2000 on.
3. Q: I use Windows Vista and when I choose a training module the program prompts an error message 2780 (75). What can I do to solve this problem?
   A: Windows Vista contains a user account control that asks the user of the computer for permission to execute any operation. This is a default setting and in order to disable this function you must: select Control panel in the Start menu – click User accounts – click Change safety settings – uncheck the User account control(UAC) option – click ok and finish the operation.
4. Q: I use Vista and when I run the Crafty, the system freezes. What should I do?
   A: Vá até o menu 'Iniciar – Escolha a opção Painel de Controle – Clique em Contas de Usuários – Clique em Trocar configuraçõtes de segurança – Na tela que abrir, desmarque a caixa com a opção controle de conta de usuáio (UAC) – Clique em ok' e finalize a operação.
5. Q: I bought the Chessimo and after some days using it, the modules disappeared. What happened?
   A: Probably you didn’t register your product and the modules were disabled. You must uninstall the product, download it again, register and activate it with the codes that will be provided to you.
6. Q: My Trialware version expired. What can I do?
   A: The Trialware version is valid for 15 days; after that only the Crafty will keep running.
