How would you play in each one of this positions and why?

Intermediate ++

A: 1...f5 preventing White from playing f5 and starting a strong attack against the black King.
A: 1....b5 in order to play Nb6 and Nc4.

Advanced

A: 1-e5 in order to increase the value of the e1-Rook, create a passed pawn and open the f3-a8 diagonal for the Bishop.
A: 1-e5 in order to respond to ...fxe5 with Re4 and guarantee the important e5 square for the white Knight.
